Q: Does luckylou creative do custom pieces/orders?
A: Yes, I am happy to work with you 1:1 to design a piece specifically for you. These pieces do require additional attention and time to process, please keep this in mind. We look forward to working with you!
Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged?
A: If by rare chance your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and get the item that you paid for!
Q: What if my item breaks or becomes damaged?
A: Due to the delicate nature of luckylou jewelry, in unlikely circumstances pieces may become damaged. If your item becomes damaged by no fault of your own, please reach out to luckyloucreative@gmail.com. Please see below for jewelry repair options:
Within 30 days of purchase: Shipping/repair costs are on the house.
Within 31-60 days of purchase: Repair cost is free, customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
After 60 days of purchase: luckylou charges $8 per item to repair plus any applicable materials cost (which will be disclosed to you in an itemized breakdown). Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
